Cozy small hotel in kaleici. Walking distance to Hadrian’s gate and marina. Very close to pubs and cafés and restaurants in the old city.We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which is away from the reception area. Apartment is a bit dated …

Except rooms everything is perfect about this place. Rooms are too small and need an overhaul . The best cheese toast sandwich i had thanks to the chef , staffs are amazing and helpful . Location is superb , few minutes from the famous Hadrian gate and lots of restaurants around.

This place should be shut down for hygiene reasons. We arrived and discovered cockroaches all around the apartment. Hotel refused to reimburse us the money and is lying that it offered us an alternative. Of course it was out of question for us to stay in these conditions. Avoid at all cost. We are now taking legal action against the hotel to have our money back. They are such liers. We never left the city and booked a new hotel for the same stay just 50 meters away. Do not trust this place. They offered us a new room once it becomes available. At least for the night of arrival they wanted us to stay in apartment with cockroaches - this was their generous offer. This hotel costed us around 560 euros and we needed to book a new one last minute for over 700 euros (we are a family of 6). Ps. No one cares the building is 100 years old if it is dirty and full of cockroaches. In that case you shut it down rather than rent it to people! What a shame! People avoid this place!

This place is far from your typical hotel. It's divided into two neighboring buildings: one for bedrooms and the other for a cafe, which is open to everyone after 10 AM. However, what truly sets it apart is the cafe's strict policy - as a guest, don't expect anything for free. The cafe is charming and well-designed, but prepare to make a purchase to sit down. Unfortunately, while the ambiance is great, there are a couple of downsides worth noting. First, the WiFi here is rather unreliable, which can be frustrating if you rely on a stable internet connection. Additionally, parking can be a real challenge due to the cramped and narrow streets leading to the hotel. So, if you're traveling by car, be prepared to spend some time searching for a suitable parking spot. As for the rooms, they are clean, comfortable, and pleasant. However, the unique setup may not be for those seeking traditional hotel perks, and remember, even as a guest, nothing comes free in that cafe until 10 AM.

Perfect place, wonderful location at the heart of historic district of Muratpasa. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. We went there with our dog and enjoyed our stay. Undoubtedly recommend this place.

Absolute disaster. How anyone can review this any better than 0 stars beats me. From booking a 2br apartment, to staying in a sub standard place, disgusting, not clean at all, and staff stating that “pictures online arent always accurate”. Rude, disgusting, stay away. Worst experience EVER. Also, after complaining about the facilities, the owner was conveniently “away oseas” and no refund offered.

I stayed at Saye Konak with my daughter and husband and it was a bad experience overall - though there are a few aspects that were good as well. Pros: the location is excellent and some staff members are nice, cleaning lady is thorough. Cons: Uncomfortable bed - the room had two twin beds stuck together instead of a queen - this meant there was a big lump right in the middle and led to uncomfortable sleep. The area is very loud and the hotel has tables and chairs right outside the room (we were on the ground floor) so it is hard to rest or sleep. We were given only two pillows, they gave me another one when I asked which was nice, but I was surprised they started with only 2. This place is pet friendly and the rooms are clean but there's clearly still lots of allergens left despite that. Bathroom had a sewage smell in it, the staff said this was unavoidable because the building is old. One staff member is standoffish and not accommodating, others were good but we mostly dealt with her during our stay.

Our family stayed in Saye konak hotel for 9 nights. The hotel is in old town kaleichi which is the most touristic area. The street is lively but quiet compared to other streets in Kaleichi. The bathroom is very modern and clean but bit small. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel has been fully renovated to a high standard. The rooms have a iron so that you dont need to bring your own. The provided service, staff and location of the hotel are excellent. We enjoyed spending time with owners 3 dogs: mutlu, sufle and their dad. It was an unforgettable 9 days. Thank you all and God bless you, loves from Artemiz, Rose and Cristiano from uk.
